Printed in sheets of twenty w/ alternating horizontal rows of tabs showing various fables and fairy tales. One of the fables represented on the tabs depicts a turtle and fisherman from a Japanese fable about a fisherman named Urashima Taro and a sea turtle. Since different fables are depicted on different tabs, every example of Scott Mongolia #574 does not have a turtle on its attached tab.
