Various 10 Nov 00 Unidentified Tortoises Sheet of three identical strips of three different stamps each. One stamp in each strip depicts three tortoises and several humans. Sheet inscribed "African Legends of Creation". Turtle stamp represents the legend "Why the Stones Do Not Die". Scott footnotes this sheet but does not assign a number to it.

900k 2008? Chelonia mydas S/S of one stamp w/ turtle underwater, facing left. Anterior portion of turtle is on stamp, posterior portion on sheet margin. This is probably a Cinderella.

SC 906 1400k 10 Nov 00 Unidentified Tortoises Se-tenent strip of three w/ tortoises on one. Strip represents "African Legends of Creation".

SC 906 b 1400k 10 Nov 00 Unidentified Tortoises Single stamp w/ tortoises from Scott Zambia #906. Identical to Scott Zambia #905 except that this stamp has a dark brown selvedge and #905 does not. Represents an African legend: "Why the Stones Do Not Die". This stamp is in the "b" or middle position in the strip of three, but it is the high denomination, which would normally be in the "c" position.

SC 1106 1500k 22 Jul 08 Unidentified Tortoises This is Scott Zambia #905 o/p'd "K1500" in black at top center of stamp. Original denomination of 1400k in bottom left corner of stamp is obliterated w/ a large, black X on some specimens but the X is well above the denomination in other specimens and the denomination is not obliterated.
