Here is the material that was added or modified for this update:

1. List of Stamps Arranged by Country  
   Note:  The following stamps have been deleted from the list:
   • Grenadines of Grenada SC 689 (does not depict a turtle)
   • Sierra Leone sheet and 250le single stamp dated 1998 (no evidence they were ever issued)

2. Appendix III: Turtle "Look-Alike" Stamps

   MOZAMBIQUE

   New - Placochelys sp. - 28 April 00. A 3000MT denom. stamp on a sheet of nine se-tenant stamps. Another one of the nine stamps depicts Archelon, a true turtle. The taxonomy of Placochelys is discussed under Hungary.

   New - Henodus sp. - 28 April 00? A 20000MT s/s w/ a single stamp depicting Henodus sp. The generic name is misspelled as "Honodus" on the stamp. The taxonomy of Henodus is discussed under Sierra Leone.
